What the public sources don't settle — and the questions to put to the school in writing.
Things that don't line up
Not necessarily a problem — but worth asking about in writing.
ATPL Frozen
The price list gives €72,558 and the brochure €70,558. Flight hours are 223 in the price list and brochure and 218 on the course page; the brochure's theory breakdown (113 + 650 h) doesn't add up to the 822 h total. The brochure names an FNPT II for the simulator hours, the course page an A320 Level D simulator.
Older brochure prices
Brochures give lower prices than the 2026 price list: CPL(A) 15 h €3,425 (list €3,925) and IR €12,000 / €16,000 / €22,000 (list €16,000 / €18,000 / €24,000).
Helicopter ATPL with Bell 429
€139,900 on the price list; €147,800 on the course page and brochure.
VAT
The price list says prices marked * need 21% VAT added. On the Spanish list only time-building blocks and an MEP + IR pack carry it; the English list shows no asterisks; the PPL brochure says both '+VAT' and 'VAT exempt'.
Girona base
The school publishes a Girona base with an address and phone number, but no course mentions it and AESA's entry doesn't list it.
Sites vs AESA
AESA lists Madrid, Málaga airport and three partner companies' bases; the school names Casarrubios, La Axarquía, Ronda and Marbella instead.
Scholarships
The price-list FAQ says scholarships are occasionally available; the financing and course pages say none currently.
