Check before you pay

What the public sources don't settle — and the questions to put to the school in writing.

Things that don't line up

Not necessarily a problem — but worth asking about in writing.

  • Fleet size

The fleet page lists 22 aircraft by registration; other pages say 20, 21 or 23, and the homepage breakdown leaves out the PA-34.

  • Simulators

Different pages count 5, 6, 8 or 10 simulators, and only some locations are given.

  • Where Ryanair training happens

The Ryanair course page says training is held entirely at the two Rome centres; the Parma page says Parma hosts the Ryanair programme.

  • Integrated ATPL intakes

The English and Italian course pages list different start dates, possibly separate English and Italian classes; the school doesn't say.

  • Ryanair type rating

    Ryanair's 2024 release mentions a Boeing 737 or Airbus A320 type rating; Aviomar's pages say Boeing 737.

  • Approved courses

The website advertises Learjet 45, Legacy and B777 courses that are not on ENAC's list for IT.ATO.0003.
