Spanish arm of BAA Training, a Lithuanian academy in the Avia Solutions Group. Its flight base at Lleida-Alguaire airport runs ground school, flying and a campus residence on one site, and its simulator centre in Gavà near Barcelona trains airline pilots on Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 MAX simulators. It publishes an €85,500 integrated ATPL and trains cadets for airlines including Qatar Airways and Jazeera Airways.

837 h theory and 207 h flight training, which the page says always exceeds the EASA 195-hour minimum. The phase table lists 94 h VFR/NVFR, 37 h IFR on the FNPT II, 59 h IFR on single-engine aircraft, 11 + 3 h multi-engine and 3 + 16 h UPRT/MCC. An A320 type rating and base training can be added (see the cadet programme).

    The integrated ATPL page gives 207 flight training hours, but its phase table adds up to 223.

    BAA Training

  • Fleet size

    The fleet page lists 12 Cessna 172S and one P2006T, while 48 more Cessnas were ordered for delivery by 2026 and press expects 58 by 2027. Wikipedia still gives 9 Cessnas; a 2021 article counted 22 aircraft including Tecnam P2002s.
