What the public sources don't settle — and the questions to put to the school in writing.

Things that don't line up

Not necessarily a problem — but worth asking about in writing.

  • Integrated ATPL

The CAA still approves an integrated ATPL, and older CAE pages offer one from Gatwick (£99,900, 2024 brochure) or Oxford (£90,000), but neither appears in CAE's current programme list. Their flying phases were at unnamed locations abroad.

UK CAA · CAE · CAE · CAE
  • Oxford

CAE still lists a 'CAE Oxford' academy at London Oxford Airport, but its pilot-training pages no longer offer Oxford courses and no 2026 intake is published.

    CAE · CAE
  • easyJet MPL locations

CAE's page names Brussels, Madrid or Gatwick for theory and Milan or Gatwick for simulators; easyJet names Gatwick, Milan, Malaga or Madrid, with flying in Phoenix. CAE plans to close its Brussels centre by the end of 2026.

  • easyJet MPL price

    €115,000 in 2026; a 2023 flyer gave €100,529.
